A loss looked likely for the Traverse City Beach Bums (15-8) when they trailed by three runs in the sixth inning, but the Traverse City Beach Bums were able to capture the lead back with a a three-run double by Sean Gusrang in the eighth inning, spurring the Traverse City Beach Bums to a 6-4 win over the Southern Illinois Miners (14-9) at Rent One Park, Marion, IL on Tuesday.

With the Traverse City Beach Bums trailing by one in the eighth inning, Gusrang came to the plate and doubled, scoring Chase Burch, Jeff Flagg and Ryan Still.

Gusrang racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Traverse City Beach Bums. He doubled in the eighth inning.

Still did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Traverse City Beach Bums, reaching base four times. He singled in the sixth and eighth innings and doubled in the ninth inning.
