The Schaumburg Boomers (46-35) rolled over the Windy City ThunderBolts (47-33) 13-3 on Thursday at Schaumburg Baseball Stadium after an eight-run rally in the second inning.
Steve McQuail racked up five RBIs on three hits for the Schaumburg Boomers. He doubled in the second inning and singled in the fourth and sixth innings.
