The River City Rascals (34-39) took the last of five lead changes in a back-and-forth affair against the London Rippers (25-35), securing a 6-3 victory on Wednesday at T. R. Hughes Ballpark.

The River City Rascals finally managed to grab the lead after a strong eighth inning. Scored Curran Redal and Jeremy Synan and gave the River City Rascals the lead for good.

Charlie Lisk racked up four RBIs on three hits for the River City Rascals. He homered in the first inning, doubled in the sixth inning, and singled in the eighth innings.

Brad Stillings baffled the London Rippers, striking out seven batters. Stillings allowed two earned runs on six hits and one walk over six innings.

Brandon Cunniff got the win, running his season record to 2-0. Cunniff struck out two, walked none and gave up three hits.

Eric Katzman couldn't get it done on the hill for the London Rippers, taking a loss. He lasted just zero innings, walked one, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
