An awesome effort by Craig Massoni spurred the Gateway Grizzlies (33-34) to a 7-2 win over the Windy City ThunderBolts (32-33) on Saturday at GCS Ballpark.

Massoni rocked the Windy City ThunderBolts with two home runs. Massoni went 2-4 in the game with four RBIs and two runs scored. Massoni homered in the first, third, and third innings.

Vincent Molesky's eight strikeouts were enough to push the Gateway Grizzlies past the Windy City ThunderBolts. Molesky allowed two earned runs, four hits and two walks over 6 2/3 innings.

Tyler Murphy couldn't get it done on the bump for the Windy City ThunderBolts, taking a loss. He allowed seven runs in 3 2/3 innings, walked one and struck out four.
