Willi Martin racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Schaumburg Boomers. He doubled in the first inning and singled in the second and seventh innings.
Jay Austin put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Traverse City Beach Bums. He tripled in the first inning, singled in the sixth inning, and homered in the eighth inning.
