A walk-off three-run home run from Zach Esquerra brought home the winning run for the Windy City ThunderBolts (7-13) in an 8-6 victory over the Schaumburg Boomers at Standard Bank Stadium on Tuesday.

Esquerra racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Windy City ThunderBolts. He homered in the ninth inning.

Danny Jimenez baffled the Schaumburg Boomers (10-12), striking out six batters. Jimenez allowed one earned run on four hits and two walks over six innings.

Joel Lima got the win, running his season record to 1-1. He struck out none, walked none and surrendered no hits.

Dexter Price couldn't get it done on the mound for the Schaumburg Boomers, taking a loss. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed three runs.
