The Evansville Otters need walk-off double to beat the Frontier Greys, 5-4

A walk-off double from Nik Balog brought home the winning run for the Evansville Otters (24-16) in a 5-4 victory over the Frontier Greys (10-32) at Bosse Field on Thursday.

Balog racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Evansville Otters. He singled in the first inning and doubled in the ninth inning.

Taylor Dennis handled the Frontier Greys' lineup with ease, racking up six strikeouts. Dennis allowed two earned runs on four hits and one walk over six innings.

It was a good day at the plate for the Frontier Greys' Frank Florio. Florio went 1-4, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the seventh inning.

Evan Mott recorded his second win of the year for the Evansville Otters. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered one hit.

Cameron Lamb (2-4) took the loss for the Frontier Greys. He lasted just zero innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed one run.
