Carroll's walk-off single send the Laredo Lemurs home winners, 6-5

A walk-off single from Sawyer Carroll brought home the winning run for the Laredo Lemurs (5-0) in a 6-5 victory over the Grand Prairie AirHogs at Uni-Trade Stadium on Monday.

Carroll racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Laredo Lemurs. He singled in the fifth and ninth innings.

John Allen racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Laredo Lemurs. He singled in the second inning and homered in the third inning.

Mark Haynes put together a nice outing. Haynes held the Grand Prairie AirHogs (0-4) hitless over 2 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three.

Juan M. Richardson racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Grand Prairie AirHogs. He singled in the second inning and homered in the ninth inning.

Fabian Williamson recorded his first win of the year for the Laredo Lemurs. He allowed three runs over one inning. Williamson struck out one, walked none and gave up three hits.

David Quinowski ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just one inning, walked none, struck out one, and allowed one run.
