The Lake Erie Crushers (45-31) took down the Washington Wild Things 11-4 on Tuesday at All Pro Freight Stadium after slamming the Washington Wild Things (35-41) with six runs in the sixth inning.

Andrew Davis racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Lake Erie Crushers. He homered in the second inning and doubled in the sixth inning.

Jovan Rosa racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Washington Wild Things. He homered in the fourth inning and singled in the sixth inning.

Dave Middendorf recorded his tenth win of the year for the Lake Erie Crushers. He allowed four runs over five innings. Middendorf struck out three, walked none and gave up eight hits.

Andy Smithmyer couldn't get it done on the mound for the Washington Wild Things, taking a loss. He lasted just 3 2/3 innings, walked four, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
