Nick Schwaner led the Evansville Otters' offensive threat, as he got on base five times in the game. He scored one run and had one RBI. He doubled in the eighth inning and singled in the fourth, sixth, and ninth innings.
Matt Zielinski picked up the win for the Evansville Otters. Zielinski pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, eight hits and two walks while striking out three.
