The Road Warriors (2-5) were never able to get over the hump and get over their troubles against the Gateway Grizzlies (39-28) on Tuesday, as the Road Warriors fell 2-1 at GCS Ballpark - Sauget, IL after falling behind by two runs in the second inning.

The Road Warriors scored one run in the seventh on an RBI single by Wesley Jones. Unfortunately, the Road Warriors weren't able to take the lead back.

It was a good day at the plate for the Gateway Grizzlies' Rogelio Noris. Noris went 1-4, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the second inning.

Alex Kaminsky picked up the win for the Gateway Grizzlies. Kaminsky pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, three hits and three walks while striking out five.

Sheng-An Kuo couldn't get it done on the mound for the Road Warriors, taking a loss. He lasted just six innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
